On May 16, our teddy bears will be having a picnic and they invite you to join them. Bring your favorite stuffed animal for a fun-filled day on the farm! Together you can listen to story time in the schoolhouse, enjoy a ukulele sing-along and craft a special outfit for them. Of course, don\u2019t forget to pack a picnic lunch or snack!<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Each Little Farmer Friday <\/strong>is an interactive program designed for preschoolers and their grown-ups.\u00a0 Most appropriate for children ages 2 to 5 years old, our program offers families the opportunity to hear a story, make a craft, meet our livestock, enjoy a wagon ride, and have fun on our 4-acre farm.<\/p>\n

Gates open at 10am. Activities 10am-12pm.<\/strong> Farm grounds close at 2pm.\u00a0Bring a lunch or snack to enjoy on the farm.<\/p>\n

Events often sell out. If the event is sold out, no tickets will be available the day of the event or at the door.\u00a0<\/p>\n

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Museum Members <\/strong>(Family level or higher) receive one adult ticket FREE with purchase of one child\u2019s ticket. Members will receive an email containing the access code.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong><\/p>\n

Visitors may park along Pitman Drive or in the lot on the southside of BT Furnishings. Do not park at Chase Bank or in front of private residences. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Weather and Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Events are held, rain or shine. Activities take place outside on our 4-acre farmstead.\u00a0 Be prepared for possible muddy conditions if it has recently rained. Check the weather the day of the event to make sure you and your little ones are dressed comfortably for the outdoors.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If a program is cancelled due to severe weather, the decision will be made by 8:30am on the day of the program. <\/strong>Refunds will be processed in these cases.<\/p>\n
