Join us for a fun-filled Spring day on the farm!\u00a0<\/p>

Stations are open during a two-hour, come-and-go style program and close at noon.\u00a0 After the program is over, guests are welcome to enjoy time on their own until the farm closes at 2pm.\u00a0 You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch or snack.\u00a0<\/p>

Enjoy activities throughout the farm: wagon rides, m<\/span>eet the farm animals, p<\/span>low and plant the field, m<\/span>ilk Buttermilk the mechanical cow, f<\/span>eed the chickens, and play games from the past. Visit the Blacksmith and learn about this historic craft. S<\/span>tory times will be at 10:15am, 10:45am, 11:15am, 11:45am.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Wilson House will not be open for this event.<\/span><\/p>

Gates open at 10am<\/strong>\u00a0for ticket holders.\u00a0<\/span>Pack a lunch or snack and enjoy a picnic on the farm! Grounds open until 2pm<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>

Tickets must be purchased in advance, so we can safely manage attendance.\u00a0<\/p>

Purchase your ticket today as events often sell out. If sold out, no tickets will be available the day of the event or at the door.<\/p>

  • $10 per participating child (2 years and up)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Infants or siblings under 2 years old and <\/span>NOT<\/span> participating do not need a ticket.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • $5 per adult (12 years and up)<\/li>
  • Museum Members\u00a0<\/strong>get one adult ticket FREE with purchase of a child\u2019s ticket.<\/li>
  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

    Once ticket purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive your tickets, check your spam\/junk box. Email education@heritagefarmstead.org for any issues or questions.<\/p>

    Parking<\/strong><\/p>

    Visitors may park along Pitman Drive or in the lot on the southside of BT Furnishings. Do not park at Chase Bank. Violators may be towed. Please do not park in front of houses on Gardengrove Court.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    Weather and Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>

    Events are held, rain or shine. Activities take place outside on our 4-acre farmstead.\u00a0 Be prepared for possible muddy conditions if it has recently rained. Check the weather the day of the event to make sure you and your children are dressed comfortably for the outdoors.<\/div>

    If a program is cancelled due to severe weather, the decision will be made by 8am on the day of the program. <\/strong>An email will be sent to the address connected with your tickets. A note will be added to the event page as well.
